“Sue Blair offers a unique treasure through her workshops on personalities in the family. Sometimes we need to take a step back and study the child we have been given, rather than try to ‘fix’ them. Sue’s workshops give you the opportunity to learn how to value each child and work with their strengths. Her personality workshops will restore the joy in your parenting.”

Sue Blair has provided two talks to my children’s school – Parnell College. The first was on personality types focussing on the introvert and extrovert personality preferences. This was extremely well received, thoroughly entertaining and informative. The second talk was on personality types and career choices – and word from the previous talk was so favourable that we were sold out for the second talk. Again it was an excellent presentation and families came away feeling well informed, enlightened and having very much enjoyed it.
Feedback from families and students was that they found it very helpful to learn more about their personality preferences and the relation to different careers. It was normalising and inspiring to the students and having a good understanding of the types of personalities different people have enables more acceptance of each other. Adults and children alike got a lot out of each of these talks and we hope to arrange this annually with Sue. I cannot recommend her talks enough.
The two presentations were organised by the parent group, Friends of Parnell College and it was extremely easy to arrange everything with Sue Blair – from her lovely and easy personality, efficient organisation and help getting flyers printed. I would happily work with Sue anytime.

“Sue Blair recently facilitated a workshop for parents and caregivers of children at St Thomas’s School. Her workshop was so popular we are going to repeat it later in the year for families who missed out.
Sue is an energetic facilitator who quickly engaged her audience. The messages she had about understanding the personalities in your home were delivered in an entertaining manner. The audience had a great deal of fun while learning practical and simple ways to deal with their children’s differing personalities. There were many ‘aha’ moments and I know from the conversations of those around me that every person there learned something new.
I thoroughly recommend Sue’s workshop to any organisation. Through her dynamic style and interesting anecdotes she is able to set parent’s on the road to understanding where their children are coming from and why they act as they do and how to change their way of dealing with them accordingly.”

“I just wanted to say again an enormous THANK YOU for the wonderful Personality Dynamics Parenting Workshop you did for our parents here at Pt Chevalier School. As you know we were overwhelmed with the response, with over 90 parents attending. So, even though we had no intention of running it as one, it became an effective fundraiser as well as an educational, informative and fun evening!
Your presentation, as we knew it would be, was excellent. It struck just the right chord with some very practical tips in what is, at times, a complex part of the parenting equation. You have an innate ability to bring things down to their simplest form, which helped all of us to understand.
I have had nothing but positive feedback from many of those who attended – so again, thanks. And good luck as you go forward on this journey to ‘spread the word’ that you are so passionate about!”

As Playcentre workshops go, this would have to rate among the most enlightening. Understanding our children (both our own, and those entrusted to our care on session) is perhaps one of the biggest challenges we face as Playcentre members, and Sue’s workshop goes a long way to unraveling the mysteries of behaviour – our own included.
Sue’s presentation is extensively researched, professionally delivered, practical and relevant, not to mention very entertaining. Her obvious love and respect for children resonates strongly with Playcentre philosophy, validating and celebrating the wonderful diversity of human nature, whilst passing on the tools to cope with it. This information is essential for anyone who cares for children!
Thank you Sue for switching on so many light bulbs
